Located along the Bonnet Carré Spillway near Norco, Louisiana, Between River + Industry examines the relationship between industrial development, public health, and access to the Mississippi River. Initial mapping of cancer incidence across Louisiana's Cancer Alley informed the design of a riverfront campus combining exhibition spaces, environmental research facilities, community gathering areas, and public recreation. An elevated platform connects these programs across the site, creating opportunities for visitors to engage with the surrounding industrial landscape and riverfront.
