Developed during a four-week intensive architecture studio in Barcelona, this project transforms a former industrial site into an artist residence and workspace while preserving the productive character of the existing complex. The ground floor retains shared studios and workspaces, while new residential units are introduced above. Organized around the existing courtyard, the intervention brings living and working spaces together within the surrounding urban fabric.
